Mr. Danziger is a senior partner of the 30 attorney law firm of O'Connell and Aronowitz. He has been in private practice with the firm for over 35 years. He is one of the supervising partners of the firm's Brain Injury Litigation Department. This is one of the largest brain injury litigation groups in upstate New York. The firm has reviewed numerous brain injury cases and over 1,000 cases of childhood and adult lead poisoning.  The firm has obtained more than a dozen million-dollar verdicts in injury cases and has obtained the largest verdicts and the largest reported settlements in upstate New York in lead poisoning cases.

Mr. Danziger has been a litigator and lobbyist and has served as general counsel to numerous state associations. His primary areas of practice involve representing individuals with brain injuries and their families.  He concentrates in serious accident cases, medical malpractice, environmental injuries, including lead poisoning, chemical injuries, and product liability cases. Mr. Danziger has represented hundreds of clients in other complex cases including breast implant, Dalkon Shield, and Prozac litigation. He received his J.D. degree in 1973 from Albany Law School of Union University. He was a member of the Albany Law Review. He received an M.S. degree in Educational Psychology and Statistics from the State University of New York at Albany in 1977, and for ten years taught a graduate course in law for psychologists and counselors.

Mr. Danziger was the originator and editor of the 27-chapter New York State Bar publication Representing People With Disabilities and co-author of the chapter on Special Education Litigation. He was chairperson of the New York State Bar Association's seminars on Lead Poisoning Prevention and Litigation. He was the author of Tapping Officials' Secrets: The Door to Open Government in New York, a nationally published guidebook on New York State's Freedom of Information Law and Open Meetings Law. Mr. Danziger also is the author of the chapter on Long Term Care Insurance in the New York State Bar book Estate Planning and Will Drafting. Mr. Danziger has been a television commentator on legal issues, a frequent lecturer, and writer of Legal Line, a syndicated newspaper column.

Mr. Danziger is a board member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and President of the Capital Region Affiliate. He serves on many committees of the New York State Bar Association. He is a member of the Brain Injury Association of New York State and was recently elected to its Board of Directors.  Mr. Danziger is listed in the publications Best Lawyers in America and Who's Who in American Law.
